1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProofIQ ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProofIQ provides experience translation, resume evidence, LinkedIn positioning, and proof-project tools to help professionals position themselves for transformation careers such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, Trainer, and Organizational Change Management Specialist. The Service is offered on both free (ProofIQ Starter) and paid (ProofIQ Pro) tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

ProofIQ Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property & Source Code

All content, tools, prompts, frameworks, proof-project templates, materials, software, source code, object code, algorithms, user interfaces, designs, and methodologies provided through the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of ProofIQ. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission. You may not access, copy, scrape, or monitor the Service's source code, APIs, or underlying systems except through the normal functionality we provide.

6. No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide professional career counseling, legal, or financial advice. All content is for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult appropriate professionals before making significant career decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

ProofIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Confidentiality of Source Code & Systems

You acknowledge that the Service's source code, architecture, data models, prompts, algorithms, and internal systems are confidential and proprietary trade secrets of ProofIQ. You agree not to attempt to access, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any source code, configuration, or system component that is not explicitly made public by ProofIQ. You may not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar means to inspect, index, or extract data or code from the Service.

10. Non-Compete & Non-Solicitation

During the time you have an active account and for twelve (12) months afterwards, you may not, directly or indirectly, develop, operate, market, or assist any third party in developing a product or service that competes with ProofIQ or uses the same methodology, prompts, frameworks, or templates. You may not solicit, recruit, or encourage any ProofIQ users, customers, employees, contractors, or partners to leave or stop using ProofIQ, nor use the Service to build a competing audience, community, or offering.
